Online Medical Classes

Where can I get the Red Cross or other CPR AED training manual? I'm doing CPR/AED training with an EMT service this weekend and they were short on training manuals that they sent home with others taking the class. Does anyone know of where I might be able to download The American Red Cross CPR/AED training manuals or some other equally good training manual? I have searched far and wide but I cannot find any available for free online, they all want me to pay to take a worthless training course. Any help would be great since I don't want to be behind the class. First good response gets a cookie ;)

Can I recover from burnout? Anyone able to give me some tips on how to recover from being burned out by school and work? I spent the summer doing an EMT training program and that really drained me physically and mentally. On top of that, I tried to be an overachiever and take 12 credits of online summer courses through college and work part time. It stressed me to the max. I ended up completing only one online class and the EMT program while working. Now that I'm free from all this, I've begun my fall semester. I don't want to do anything. I don't want to study or go to class. I suddenly hate my job and I'm tired all the time. I'm chronically tired, on edge, and ready to rip the head off of anyone at anytime. I know I'm burned out and need a break but I still need to get through this semester of school. PLEASE!!!! Any tips on how to bounce back after all the stress and actually have an interest in school again???

Can I get Free EMT-B Training Online? I know I'm not gonna get online classes or qualify for the National Registry, but I wan't to know everything so when I take the class it's easy because I already know everything. So, I'm looking for some free webpages or ebooks. Something in PDF maybe? -Thanks
