I want to start a Medical Transcription business here in Asia. Is it a lucrative business?

I live in a country where most people know how to speak in English. I am very interested in starting a Medical/Legal Transcription business. I need advice on certain matters, like how hard is it to look for clients and a ballpark figure on how much i could possibly earn in a month and how big should the business be for it to be feasible and viable.
