How do you get an on-line Medical Transcription job?

Does anyone have a good website for getting a good Medical Transcription position that is legitimate. I already took a complete medical course andminsitrative and clinical and received a diploma in 2001. I got my offcie experience, but am still unable to get a medical position. I still have to pay back the $4000.oo which I borrowed. I want to get a job on the internet but all they do is tell me I have to take more classes. Is there transcription positions that do not have to pay a fee, and I need a job because to pay back the loan. If there is any fee don't bother telling me.
