any ideas on starting a medical transcription business?

i am a medical transcription editor and have been in the field for 10 years now. very good at my job and now got round to thinking why not start my own instead of working for others. only hitch is that i dont know how to go about it. anyone have any ideas? i need to know how to get the orders, how much investment is required and wht are the legalities? 1. if you are india, first you need to register the company. the investment part will not exceed more then a lak. but to take the oreder you must know the source. to find the source, best way is watch your company from wher they getting the order. i hope their is some syndicate wher you have to register your new company. they will give they trial order, if you are completing the project on time with min errors, you will get the repeated order.
2. Hi, on the website given there is also a medical transcription pre-feasibility report. you can find most things about seting up one, but there isnt much info on how to get orders and such I think. well.....with that said. could you get me a job? i dont have any experience or training but I could like train on the job you know, any way if you cant get me one. could you give me one when you start? :-)
