What is the best online school for Medical Coding?

I need a school that is FULLY online. I plan to start anytime, so I need one that offers classes whenever. And I'm only going for my Associate's or my Certificate. I'm not currently working in medical coding though, so I don't think my certificate or Bachelor's is an option right now. So I guess I'm going for just my Associate's. I don't just mean online schools, i mean colleges or universities that offer the classes needed fully online. It doesn't have to be an all online school. I just need to know which colleges/universities offer the classes. I don't need an online school. I just mean I need a school that can do complete online classes for medical coding. My aunt does it now, and she went back to school within her first years of doing it, I want to go ahead and take my classes before starting work so I don't have to worry about it later. I can get my Associate's now and my Bachelor's after I begin working. I just need to know where to start.

1. I would stick with a community college that offers such a program online. Those 'online schools' such as penn foster or stratford career are not seen as reputable by employers and may not be accredited with the coding industry. For US colleges and uni's: www.utexas.edu/world/univ
2. sorry to bust ur bubble. some areas are accepted on line others are not. check with your State Assocation of certificate, check local hospital's hr , local doctors office as to if they hire from these places. call direct any graduate of the schools in ur state.
