Online Medical Classes

Are there any schools/courses you can take online ?? bartending, medical assistant?

I am not in high school anymore and want to do a school online. Is that possible? Any websites? I am in need of money so i want to try a school / college classes online. maybe for a bartender or nurse assistant? anything?
