Are doctors hiring from graduates of online medical courses?

2. Oh, I would certainly hope you mean courses for things like medical records, and not other doctors or nurses! Those online surgery classes could be a real problem!
3. Online medical course in what? Something like medical transcription might be ok to have an online degree in, but anything that would require interacting with patients wouldn't work with an online degree. I'd be suspicious of any school offering one.
4. Not sure about online medical courses. First there are subjects that you cannot learn from online courses (eg. Anatomy). Even you've passed the paper exams, you'll still need to work as a houseman (sort of intern) for at least a year and passed another practical exams before you are qualified. If the world does accept doctors trained from online courses only, they'd better have their qualifications shown at the entrance so that I can avoid at all cost.
