Online Medical Classes

Are you a medical biller? How did you get into it did you do online courses or community college?

I'm currently working 32 hours a week at night and I'm with my son all day. I'm wondering how I could get inot medical billing. I've gotten a few flyers at home for online programs but there's rarely any financial aid for those. I'm wondering how you got into it and what sort of courses you took at you community college?

1. try the medical billing page at puremedicalJobs.com and i would stay away from the programs that are fully online just my opinion good luck
2. When I was in high school, I got on the job training at a hospital. I worked there part time in their billing department. All you have to do is know how to type. There is a book that has all of the codes for patience's diagnosis. Being able to type 45 wpm is a plus. You don't have to type that fast, just get the bills paid for the hospital or provider.
