What is the best online medical billing and coding school?

I'm looking into enrolling in an online course/program for medical billing and coding. I don't trust those ads online so I hope word of mouth would be more helpful.

1. I'm looking into Kaplan and I talked to someone in the school on the phone yesterday. Sounded like a good program and just little over $3000 for the whole program. I'm thinking about signing up for that program unless you found a better program.
2. Be careful about signing up for any online medical billing course or program. You will find a wide range of fees and often includes classes you don't need. Check with schools in your area to see what programs they offer and especially what classes are included and then compare the rates with the online course or programs. Make sure to check to see what classes (courses) are needed or are useful to qualify to take the national exam for certification as a medical billing specialist.
3. I went with Meditec.com. Very comprehensive, online, interactive, self-paced.
