which of the accredited schools for medical transcription online courses lead to more job offers?

we have narrowed it down to career step which seems very impressive and penn foster which seems fine too. any sugguestions?

1. My suggestion is to call future employers, places you want to work and ask them what they recommend for you for training. Don't waste money going to a school or doing an online program that turns out to be useless because no employer respects it.
2. I have another major one listed here. They have extensive information for you on their site....
3. Medical Transcription online courses are the latest scam in online education. Most of this work is being outsourced and given in contracts to larger companies. Computerized charting in offices have made the need for medical transcription less of a need...these jobs are DECLINING not increasing. I would check with your local community college and try medical coding or a medical assistant.
