Which online medical transcription schools take less time to complete?

I want to take online courses to become a medical transcriptionist. I have looked into Penn Foster and they look reasonably priced, but they say it takes about a year to complete. All the ones I find that say they can take as little as 3-4 months to complete, aren't accredited. Any suggestions?

1. May not be the answer your looking for, but I wouldn't take online classes/ attend online school. I heard many jobs/ schools will take them as a joke ( but not all )....

4. Most courses take up to 2 years to complete, so the one year doesn't seem so bad. Before you decide, though, you must read the online guide to choosing a school on the website below. Know what you're really getting before you invest. Not affiliated with any school.
