1. Hi crazy horny---me too. Medical billing can be a really good way to make money and stay home. I have a couple of friends who do it and they love it. I am not sure where you would go to get training although some of the vetechs around train in it. Good luck. I do not know about the time required to train or how much time you have to devote to it to maka a lot of money. Would depend on how much the offer for each word. I believe you have to be well versed in medical terminology. I am a retired doctor and know first hand that a lot of the terms are latin based and are very long. You can do it though.
2. I don't have much information for you other than I had an acquaintance that did medical billing from home and made good money at it. It is one of the few legitimate home businesses. You might call a few doctor's offices and ask to speak to the medical billing person and ask her/him about the course.
