What is the best online school for medical transcription? Allied Medical School?

I was looking at Allied Medical School. Is this a good online school or does anyone know of a better one? and does anyone have any experience with taking classes through them? I need help! I dont want to waste my money on a school that isn't going to be any good for me.

1. You're doing the right thing, researching before investing in your course of study. There is an online guide to choosing a medical transcription school on the website below. Learn the difference between getting a certificate and being "certified". Big difference. Not affiliated with any school or product, just good free info.
2. My recommendation: pick a different school. The best schools I've heard of for medical transcription are The Andrews School, M-Tec and Career Step. Many others just don't give you the education you need to land that first job.
