Online Medical Classes

ok, i have searched to find an online medical transcription school, have searched and done research but...?

i want to know if anyone has gone through one and have had good results. is the school certified, is it a member of the BBB? do they have financial aid, government financial aid? i found one the allied health, they met all but the government financial aid. i have poor credit, hence wanting to go to school to better myself. i want serious answers please!
