Medical transcription question, HELP?

I want to get a certificate in medical transcription online. I have 2 children at home and don't have the time to go to a school. Therefore, I was looking into a online DETC school but i don't know which to choose. There is penn foster, career step, allied school or brighton. My only fear is fighting a job at home once am done. Because that is the reason, i want to medical transcription so i can work from home, while watching the kids. Any advice, from Medical transciptionists. Thanks a lot.
