Medical Transcription program, Please help?

I have very important question, I am looking into this MT program to do online. Its called Allied School. They accreditted, Member of the AHDI, and offer job assitance. The problem is it costs a lot $3,800.00. But I heard that for MT you need school with approved AHDI, i found some school with approved AHDI, non-credited, and also have job assitance. That program costs about $1,000.00 less. What is more important for the school to be approved AHDI or accreditted. If the Allied is better then i'll pay the extra, but if the accreditted is not as important then i'll go with the other program (CareerStep). What do you think? Thank you, I need help with this.

2. You may well be wasting your money on these trade school offerings. Instead, look for a junior college course entitled Transcription/Medical Typing which is normally a two-year program. Also be aware of the fact that most medical facilities offer entry-level transcription position while you undergo on-the-job training. After the initial probationary 90 day period, you will become a fully-paid position. Good luck!
