I work in a customer service call center. When you have a problem with your account and dial 1-800 or 1-866, or whatever, I am the one who takes the call and tries to solve your problem. I now have the opportunity at my job to start taking calls from our Spanish-speaking customers. It has been a while since I have had the opportunity to use my Spanish, though, and after a couple of days of training, I have realized that I really need to bone up on my Spanish listening skills before I tell my boss I can do the Spanish accounts. The problem is, I don't know anyone around here who speaks Spanish. Anyone have any great Spanish language listening practice resources they would be willing to share?
