Does anyone know of ways for me to market my transcription service to medical practices, businesses,and so on?

I need a strategy to get business leads. I know a lot of businesses outsource transcription services, but I do not know of how they are solicited in the first place

1. The major bulk of medical transcription work in the U.S. has been greatly curtailed by state privacy laws as it pertains to medical records and patient confidentiality. The vast majority of medical records are kept in recordkeeping departments within medical centers and any transcription work is done "in-house," not "outsourced." So, beware of any offers which promote online in home medical transcription work--there are scammers out there. Good luck!
2. You can post your service for free on the website below. It also offers leads and referrals for extra $.
3. There are different ways to market yourself for service of MT. You can hire a person to market over there. You can call to front office people from directories. You can purchase numbers from sellers. You can post your services in different forums. You can post ad in below group, it is so powerful.
4. You create a mailing list through the Yellow Pages and send out flyers. You should send in batches of 250. There is a good book called the Home Biz book that explains how to do all this at meditec.com.
