How would you put this into medical terms?

I have a character who suffered an violent blow to the head, causing a blank spot in his memory for a period of about three weeks. As a result of his injury, he is impulsive, emotionally unstable, and mildly anxious. How would you describe the head injury, along with these symptoms, in medical terms? Thanks!

1. Temporary Amnesia, and Personality Change. The specific psychiatric diagnosis would need a lot more details than "impulsivity, instability, and anxiety" Those are all symptoms that could be found in a number of specific disorders.
2. status post head trauma, followed by a brief episode of anxiety disorder and short term memory loss
3. Your character simply suffered "blunt trauma to his head" as a result he suffered a 3 week period of "acute amnesia", since the incident occured your character sounds like he is suffering from "PTSD" (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.... Are you writing a book??
