What are some good audio cds, vhs tapes or dvds that pronounces the medical terms and their meaning?

Also if anyone can recommend any video that state the medical term and offer a visual. I have a medical term book at home but the cd that came with it doesnt pronounce all the terms. If you have any suggestions leave detail information so I can find it
