Can some one explain these with out medical terms?

Why do some people get chest pain or breathing problems? I tried to look at wedepeda but there are too many medical terms. I know there is lots of reason why people get chest pain or breathing problems but I want the coman 10 reason why people get it with out the medical jargen.
