Widget help: I need a desktop widget for looking up drug names and medical terms.?

I'm a medical transcriptionist and pretty much every single search engine is frustrated to try to use, as I have to constantly look up drug names and medical terminology. Is there a simple Yahoo-esque widget that would allow for the searching of drug names and medical terms?
