How well would the government do running healthcare?

Look at their success with Fannie and Freddie, "stimulating" the economy with bailouts, running medicare, the fabulous public schools, and of course the war on drugs... so healthcare will be another "win"? will the dems put Al Franken in charge? He says he is the man to run healthcare

1. They cant even run medicaid and medicare. Obama is a total joke.

For crying out loud, they can't even figure out how to run Social Security or public schools, and they completely failed to save GM after all their stupid efforts They should have just let the company die on its own, but no, they had to spend billions of our dollars first to support their epic fail. Government health care WILL NOT WORK. It will be a medical disaster, just like it is in Canada, France, and all the other socialist countries.

The government cannot run the post office, medicare, social security, even the senate cafeteria. Ask any person that lives on social security how they like it. The way government runs things is as a dying child that must be kept alive at all cost. We have to keep. Make no mistake. Obama is lying when he says you can keep your current insurance. He knows he will kill it. His ilk have said they will get single payer (government) but they need to be careful they do not scare the working people. I do not understand how democrats can trust people that lie to them to get their own way.
