Online Medical Classes

I am interested in becoming a medical billing specialist and want to know if the online courses offered or?

attending a certified program at a local college is the best route ?

1. You are doing the right thing in attending the certified program. After you are through, you can take the AHIMA test for certification. You need the longer program if you want to work in the hospitals. I think you need to be a RHIT, I think that's right. You could also work in a doctor's office, or their are companies who do coding for some doctor's. Good Luck, and finish that certified program Quester
