Hi, I run a company in chennai-India, I need some direct clients from either US or any parts of world, so kindly can u help me out with me, like, how to approach or whom to text regarding this.... Waitng for your replies................... DP

1. Several direct clients are there in U.S. and other places.But if you wish to deal with them,they would first insist to make an inspection of your unit.They would grant job work only when there is system cubicles of more than 100 in your unit.To start with so much systems initially would involve huge investments and more risks.It is just buying a limousine for taxi purposes with out any clients.So it would be better if you start any small unit and obtain job work from a local unit and slowly expand the same.Ultimately when you are reaching the saturation level for the unit you can go for direct clients.
2. First, you have to send profiles/flyers to the concerned clinics/physicians as you are looking for direct clients or appoint people for marketing. You can also try your luck at outsourcing blogs eg itmatchonline, b2b etc. You should be ready for one week free trial. As recession is going on, it is better to take work from reliable companies. As per my knowledge, recession not affected to healthcare sector, but some companies are taking advantage of this.
