Who is the best medical transcription company to work for?

I am working as an MT right now, but I am not happy with this company as I get no annual raises or anything. Could someone give me good input on a company that has treated them well and given them the credit they deserve. Basically, I do mostly clinic notes and would prefer to stay in that category. I would appreciate any information that you could give me. Would prefer employee but independent contractor would be fine. Thanks.

1. There are a ton of MT jobs listed on the website below. Everybody has their opinions of what's a good company or what isn't -- you should take all advice with a grain of salt.
2. It is better to study opinions from www.mtstars.com and www.indeed.com, lot of discussions are there regarding MT companies in USA. You can observe forums, then you will understand what is going on in the industry.
