Do you know any free online paralegal training sites?

I found a 2-week free trial on National Paralegal College site, but i am afraid of being signed up for it, because i think it is a ploy or something. I mean how much can i learn from a 2 week tutorial; this is the site: http://nationalparalegal.edu/Application... What do you think, does it seem legitimate?
