1. Have you tried http://www.adobe.com ? They may have available training on-line.
2. The best training i have ever gotten for photoshop has come through free video podcasts. If you download itunes you can subscribe to the photoshop tv podcast and get a new episode for free every week. http://www.photoshoptv.com/ Each episode is around 30-45 min and has a lot of good information on it. The hosts works for adobe and is the president of the national association of photoshop professionals. (Scott Kelby) The people who run it really know what the are talking about but they do tend to goof around a bit too... Great information though. I have learned more from that than any classes that I have taken. Good luck!
