1. I don't believe that you can. Anyway, why would you want to? Remember, it's just a TV show. What good would training of that kind give you? What's the point of it all? 'Star Trek', like every other show, is made to make money. That's it. Nothing more. Yes it's fun and exciting (I love Star Trek), but really, it's just a TV show. Use your free time to learn a new language (preferably not Klingon), maybe get into painting, or write a book or travel - anything. It's just a TV show.
