2. There used to be loads of places, but they have all gone! I have been looking myself as I am trying to put a training program together. So far I have only found http://www.internet-explorer-tutorials.com/index.html and http://www.lakeland.cc.il.us/online/tutorials/index.htm both are well written but rather basic. If you find any more please drop me a line. The stuff you are looking for is all included in Microsoft Certified training, but you will probably have to pay.
