3. hacking is a crime all around the world. and thus no traing can be offered online nor tools can be uploaded/downloaded from internet. you need to study some language like c++ or java, and also to be familer with windows development APIs by microsft. they learning stuff is on microsoft.com/msdn. take your time and learn from it, although i advise you not to break law.
