Online Medical Classes

Medical assistant classes online or at the campus?

I am just wondering how I would get the actual training part if it is online? Is there more hands on training available in the on campus classes? I am just worried that I will gain less experience with online classes, and that employers will be less likely to hire me if I have an online degree. What do you think?
