Can you get into medical school with online college credits?

I am planing on becoming a surgeon but some stuff came up and now i have to take my college classes online. So i don't want to waste my time if it wont even count towards what i want to do.

1. Med schools require that you take premed classes in bio, chem, and physics (along with math and English) and the first three will include labs. These really can't be done online; I think any med school would find online labs very suspicious. These could be taken at most community colleges, but that will likely keep you out of the top med schools which recommend you don't take premed classes at community college.
