Why do people want to put aborigines in the black race so badly?

Aborigine do look black but they are apart of the australoid race like the dfravidians of east india and many other pacific islanders like malays and such. Why do people want so badly to say this? I'm a real fanatic about putting them in the Black race! Gotta get them in!
Well people know little about them.
Aboriginies only exist on one continent...so 99% of the world really doesn't care.
I don't think it's so much that they want to classify them as such, but rather that they are ignorant of the fact that they're not actually black people. I was probably in my teens before I realized that they weren't from Africa at some point in the recent past. It's just a lack of education on the part of the people making the statements, that's all.
Because blacks want to claim everything they can.
Why do people categorize some much? I guess if they look Black. (?)
