1. Here's the thing, with medical transcription you can live in California and work for a company in Florida. This is the beauty of MT. Some people live in very depressed areas or rural areas and there are no jobs locally. Since MT is done on the Internet where you live is not a concern at all. However, to answer your question, if you want to solicit your own accounts, you would send out mailers and follow up w/ calls and visits.
