Free OSHA or Nibosh safety training certificate online?

Hi Guys, Can any one tell me, is it possible to get free OSHA or Nebosh safety training certificate online?

1. Yes there are some 'free' OSHA certificates online, if you go through the OSHA website at www.osha.gov and look under training there will be a list of 'SUSAN G. HARWOOD' grants winners. These places have to train per the grant. Classic was TEEX training in post hurricane recovery, which was awarded a certificate.
