Online Medical Classes

Is taking online classes a good ideal?

I want to become a pharmacy technician or study in medical records, but the only problem is that I don't know if taking online classes is good and if I would find a job after taking an online class. Have anyone took online classes and then got a good paying job after? I really need advise.
