I can't find mettle smirtz in the medical dictionary.?

MD told me that I might be having "mettler smirtz" I can't find this online. Does anyone know were I might find this online? thanks

1. it is not english. it is german i believe this is "mittle schmertz" meaning middle pain. it is pain experienced during ovulation. can include breast soreness and abdominal pain
