Why did Democrats just spend a year acting like toddlers and focusing only on healthcare reform?

Millions upon millions of Americans are wondering where their next paycheck is going to come from, and Democrats have the audacity to preach that they know what is best for Americans. Not jobs, it seems, but healthcare. Healthcare is very important of course, but jobs should come first. Other countries are already past the recession, and we are still getting worse.

22. The Democrats have to level the playing field to have jobs created. You're right other countries have bounced back, but we haven't. The reason being is that corporations are spending their money expanding foreign markets. They use foreign labor to manufacture and produce goods and services and they use their profits to expand their foreign operations. So, there will be a lag in recovery here because the money is flowing overseas. American people should be angry at free trade agreements. I am all for looking for growth overseas but not at the expense of Americans. Our politicians will have to step up, stab the lobbies in the back and renegotiate the free trade pacts. Then you'll have jobs created in this country. Until then unemployment will always be an issue unless we have a huge influx of menial service jobs. For those schooled in economics the problems Americans face is painfully obvious. And, it seems our leaders either know this and are ignoring the solutions or are benefiting from this disaster. I haven't heard one politician from either side mention renegotiating free trade agreements.

Health care has been a liberal & progressive fetish for more than 100 years, with 18% of the economy under their control they can spread everywhere, it called Socialism. But they are going slowly but surely the whole time. 3. Children listens to their parents most of the time, don't be disrespectful to the children lol 4. These people are elitist's, they think they know better than YOU do, in some cases maybe so but not the majority. 5. 24. The republicans are well aware that George Bush was the worst president ever. The only way they can save face it to ruin President Obama. Their main tactic is simply to say no to anything he does, without coming up with anything better. They say the health bill is 2000 pages, but when they talk about it they reduce it to a simple sentence, like Too expensive.", The American people don't want it." They keep repeating themselves until people start believing it. I can't comment on the health care bill because I never read it. Have you? After all , a president doesn't write bills, congress does. Both Obama and Bush had to rely upon experienced financial experts.for help, any chance that those are democrats? Massachusets voted the way they did because they have their own health care system and want to keep it.
