i wanna know that which l websites provide free online training for he CALL CENTRE?

i think call-centre job is not of that nature... which can be taught on web site...
I have to agree with Harsh above, there really is no online training for a call center job. I work for a call center, every call center has different accounts and services, so the training and seminars may vary. what i can advise you is to practice on your accent (enunciation, pronunciation), spelling, typing, grammar, and read articles or tips regarding customer service and call management for example not interrupting a caller when he is not done talking, also proper word phrasing, because those are the basic requirements for a call center job
There are quite a lot of website which gives details about call centre's. Buddy, but training doesn't come free. Most of the companies recruit freshers and provide in-house training. I think this should be the best route for you to enter into call centre (if you are really keen in making this as a career)
