Online Medical Classes

What should i put on my application as a major if...?

I am currently enrolling into a college and plan on majoring as a Biomedical Engineer, yet the choices on the online registration are Applied engineering Technology Biological Sciences Science BS/MD while i know the last choice would be more of a medical dr thing i still included it as an afterthought. Which of the three would i put my major as? its biology and engineering mixed up after all..
