Can I get a Medical Office Assistant Certificate with Financial Aide paying?

I Don't want an Associates Degree I just want a Medical Office Assistant Certificate. How can I get Financial Aide for this or a Grant or anything to pay. I am a single mother with 3 children. From my understanding Financial Aide won't pay unless you're working towards a degree. Also what would be the best and cheapest online college?Some are just way to expensive.
