what to train for medical registration clerk?

if i wanted to get a job as a medical registration clerk what course should i take for that? medical records? or medical office assistant? i am looking into doing an online college because i stay at home with my son and i am 9 weeks pregnant right now and the colleges around here are completely different from the ones i'm use to in florida, i would just prefer to go to penn foster or some college like that. if anyone can help let me know. thanks!

1. I'm a registration clerk at a hospital and the requirements are that you need to pass a medical terminology course, type 45 wpm and pass a data entry test.
