Does anyone have ideas about decorating a medical office cheap?

I an trying to decorate and organize our office! It so looks like a clinic! Spending this much time at a job I feel it should look nice and relaxing! But if I do it, I need to be real crafty and bot spend much! I am thinking a pretty faux waincoating in hall and rooms(painted), but the door moldings are metal like, so the prettty chair rails will not look right. Is there a way to cover the metal door trim, it can't be taken off! Also does any craftera out there have good ideas for storage and organizing a medical off, like trash to treasure ideas! Oh how I love those! I have looked for pretty medical office images to get ideas and thy don't have much online, just things for home office's. I am also looking to make cheap wall art that maybe pertains to the medical field in a pretty way! Any ideas or pics? Plz feel free to email too, or if u know a good site!!! Thanks in advance

1. Pictures make a big difference.And also trees make people feel comfortable. My doctors office has has the metal doors but the waiting room has a TV Nice big tree in the corner. But a chair and a tree if it can fit in the room would be nice. I never sit on the doctor bed til the doctor gets there. I like the chair makes me less stressed about being there even tho its been years lo .And in the room what would one focus on? The nice green tree in the corner since the only thing we look at it all the blood pressure charts and so on. Hope this helps some
