does anybody know how to start a home medical transcription business?

im in new jersey and i want to work from home as a medical transcriptionist. i know a few doctors who can avail of my service but im not familiar how the process of taking their dictations and having them send those dictations to me for transcription goes, like should i send them a recording machine or anything like that? do you know a website for work-at-home MTs? thanks so much. your replies will be highly appreciated.

1. Hi on my site I list such transcription companies that outsource to home based medical transcriptionists. Heaps in the US and I'm adding to that page over the couple of days. And go to the other link for a training ebook to purchase specifically to start medical transcription at home.
