Are there any good accredited healthcare schools in Oklahoma?

I obtained my G.E.D. not too long ago. Anywho, I'm looking to get into the healthcare field. Are there any good accredited schools near Lawton, OK? Will having a G.E.D. keep me from getting ahead? Also, is radiology a good course? I'd like to know about some not so lengthy programs. So that I can start my career sooner rather than later. Thanks in advance!
