Is there a free online (or book) photographic memory training system that works?

I'm having a very hard time remembering info for my A-Levels and happened to read about photographic memory systems and how much they've helped people do so much more with everything they can remember. i think it's absolutely amazing how people can flick through books and remember and learn whats in them. i googled PM training systems online but many courses are in america or cost loads. if anyone knows of a free or cheap training system or websites or knows anything about getting a photographic memory then i'd appreciate any comments! thank you :D xxx
