i need help in putting together a story containing 30 medical terms, so far i only have 10 words, can some of you guys point out some complete sentences containing medical terms.

After palpating Jimmy's abdomen, Dr. Smith, the Pediatrician, sighed. Jimmy clearly had absent bowel sounds, guarding and rebound, and tenderness at Mc Burney's point. It was clear that Jimmy had appendicitis. In fact a perforated appendix with ensuing peritonitis was the most likely diagnosis. Jimmy would need to have surgery to resect the appendix and intravenous antibiotics to help with the ensuing infection. Five days later, after an operation and parenteral medications, Jimmy was discharged home. He had made a full recovery.
