Are medical terms or is Medical Terminology the same in every language?

For example, If I learned to become a doctor in England or America, would i be able to communicate or tell someone a procedure to a doctor in France, China, Japan, Russia? Or does every different language have there own Medical Terms? 1. Nope! you will definitely need to learn a second language. If you live in the USA I suggest Spanish.
  2. A lot of medical terms come from Latin roots so I would think there would be some of the same but some of it different I am not sure
  3. Some terminology is the same like anatomical Latin names, although I don't think this applies to any Asian country, but it would be pretty hard to practice medicine in another country if you can't communicate at a basic level with your patients or pass licensing exams.
