are there any medical assisting courses available online?

i just graduated from high school. i want to take a medical assisting course online.something that does not take forever.

2. There may be some courses on line for this program, but I wouldn't recommend taking them on line. Any program in the medical field i.e. nursing, doctors, practitioners, therapists, medical assistants, office assistants etc., in this field I would not recommend it. All of these careers have very high hands on content, and all you would be able to get on the line, would be theoretical knowledge. Most companies will hire you from an accredited school that has had good history etc. Just my opinion, but I would look at your local college, and that might help get your further into the work world.
